Ihr Einfluss * Korrespondenz per Telefon und E-Mail im Rahmen sämtlicher Anfragen von Geschäftspartnern sowie individuellen Kunden; * Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung aller Anfragen im Bereich "Lost & Found" (schriftlich und telefonisch) sowie deren Nachverfolgung; * Übersetzung (Englisch/Deutsch) und Weiterleitung von Schadensmeldungen an die Zentrale; * Unterstützung des Reservierungsteams bei telefonischen Kundenanfragen.
Ihre Mission Als Cruise Consultant Customer Service sind Sie die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden in Österreich, Deutschland und der Schweiz.
Sie übernehmen die gesamte schriftliche Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden und stellen einen exzellenten Service sicher - stets im Einklang mit den Zielen und Richtlinien von MSC.
Der Dienstort dieser Position ist Salzburg.
Ihr bisheriger Weg Erfahrung in der Kreuzfahrtbranche oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich rundet Ihr Profil ideal ab.
