Madrid – Hybrid We are looking for an experienced Executive Producer to join our internal content agency based in the Madrid office on a maternity cover contract for a period of 4 to 6 months.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end execution of creative projects for digital channels, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality output, and alignment with brand guidelines and stakeholder expectations.
You will be responsible for overseeing production workflows, managing internal and external resources, and driving collaboration across cross-functional teams.
This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic oversight and strong production execution.
Key responsibilities.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables Create and manage production timelines and schedules Coordinate with stakeholders to gather briefs and align expectations Build and manage budgets Source and contract vendors, talent, or external partners including triple bids Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies Manage approvals and feedback cycles, stakeholder expectations and communication Supervise post workflows (editing, CGI image creation, graphics, sound, etc.) Coordinate revisions and final approvals from internal stakeholders Ensure proper file delivery formats and versioning according to brand guidelines Handle legal/compliance checks (e.

Minimum 7 years of experience in a creative or content production environment, ideally in an agency or brand-side in-house studio Proven experience as an Executive Producer or Senior Producer managing digital and integrated campaigns Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Spanish a plus) Experience working in an in-house content team or with internal corporate clients is highly valued Strong project management skills; certification (e.
