monthly mobile updates) Own the IT to IT Event calendar and IT newsletter Manage content reviews where applicable Regularly publish content (articles, recordings, polls etc.) on the dedicated IT intranet page Manage IT content to ensure good search optimization Measure the success of IT communications and change management initiatives by gathering metrics on a monthly basis Document best practices to improve efficiency and encourage scalability What you’ll need.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required 1+ years’ experience in an internal communications function, preferably in a large corporation Ability to function as an individual contributor  Self-starter Must have strong written / verbal / interpersonal communication skills Self-motivation to continuously improve self  Exceptional collaboration skills   Who are we? A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is USD - USD.
Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
