In this way, the company becomes the largest manufacturer of contraceptives in the world!!!So we have a huge and excited challenge!!Role OverviewThe CMO Supply Chain, Planning and Business Analytics Manager will be leading all planning activities related to manufacturing our product within our manufacturing sites and at third parties, as well as bring efficiencies to our organization, improve our overall operations and will serve a as learning asset for our Headquarters, helping them to operate smoother by to making them understanding all the singularities and complexities of each market.Primary Duties & Responsibilities•Implement advanced Forecasting Services, Product Segmentation & SC Analytics to deliver Operational Excellence through the S&OP model.• Implemented work – a best-in-class tool and methodology across the business for Inventory Management & Optimization.• Automate overall supply chain processes via Demand Planning capabilities, aligning process maps, metric standards, and implementing ideas to address supply chain disruption.• Development and Implementation of the Global Product Segmentation and Lifecycle management Analytics to provide the right input in the AOP (budget plan), LRP (Strategic planning process) review processes• Analyze all constraints and issues across supply chain internal and external suppliers, Improve communications with In-house sites and CS insights Development of analytics dashboards to support Forecasting and S&OP processes• Manage around and monitored closely the stocks in the customer distributor centers based on periodic replenishment policy• Recommend and implement supply chain tactics and strategies to improve service level and/or decrease inventory levels• Analyze the influence and impact of parameters (forecast accuracy, volume...) and projects on service level and inventory levels.• Serialization VRS, Aggregation global project status for our manufacturing sites and all external suppliersCompetencies/Career level• Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication• Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities• Excellent customer service and client relations skills• Keep organization and time management skills• Good collaboration and teamwork abilities• Great leadership and goal-setting skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Advanced data analysis and data visualization• Expert inventory management• Ability to use computers, software and other technology for inventory and communication purposes• Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutionsRequirements and personal skills• Education: Undergraduate degree in technical or life science or equivalent years of experience.• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish• Experience (years/area): Atleast 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Management Systems and Compliance within biopharmaceutical/medical device industry with international expertise.• Specific Knowledge: Data analysis skills and experience is required.
