Department Overview The Global Market Insights (GMI) team comprises over 300 employees across multiple geographies.
It is a Global function with local expertise and talent, delivering leading solutions to the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
GMI solutions portfolio aims to provide gold standard global insights from molecule to patient to the healthcare industry.
The GMI Service team provides a range of support and additional insight across the GMI portfolio, ensuring clients maximise their usage of GMI products and services to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship.
Job Overview Preferably based in IQVIA office in Madrid, Spain, the successful candidate will be responsible for servicing a range of global pharmaceutical clients Spanish, Portuguese and Turkish subscribing one or more GMI offerings.
Dealing with the day to day needs of the client related products or services.
Also supporting sales team managing GMI offering invoicing process.
Responsibilities Responsible for managing relationships with Spanish \/ Turkish \/ Portuguese clients in healthcare \/ pharma industry as part of a multi-country team Understanding of all GMI data sources.
Necessary training is provided to facilitate the onboarding and constant learning Serve as a reference contact for clients using GMI data, software, and services Manage queries raised by client using in-depth understanding of the client and GMI data.
Dealing with available tools when escalation to other teams is necessary to ensure that a full and timely response is provided Conduct client training on all aspects of GMI data and systems Define and manage production of ad-hoc studies for clients, and coordinate internal production and process of regular client deliveries Work with multi country sales data and uses to help clients with Custom reports and analytics Tracking service usage in KPI Responsible for GMI offering invoice process giving support to Sales team Combination of customer service and analytical skills Ability to travel to clients and IQVIA offices as appropriate Essential Ability to understand and communicate detailed analysis and reporting on client issues such as complex data queries Ability to manage client expectations with regards to timelines as well as product\/service capabilities.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Ability to manage multi-functional tasks Analytical skills and a strong attention to detail Excellent team player Fluent in Spanish and English.
spoken and written Desirable Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare market Good understanding of IQVIA\u assets with knowledge of Global Market Insights core offerings 1+ years of client facing experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry Experience working with multi-geographical teams Experience working with IQVIA GMI data or Syndicated Analytics Experience working with Salesforce Please submit your cv in English!
