CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (WITH RUSSIAN AND ENGLISH LANGUAGES)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial processes, financial indicators, operational processes, regulation and governmental issues and financial team management. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.ResponsibilitiesFinancial strategy:vision-based development and implementation, minimization of financial risks;participation in the development and implementation of business strategy;quarterly planning.Financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, tax planning, cash flow):development, implementation and maintenance of process hygieneFinancial indicators:control at the stage of strategy development and implementation;plan-fact analysisOperational processes, including cross-functional ones:development, implementation and maintenance of process hygiene;monitoring of operational indicatorsRegulators, governmental issues:building, monitoring and maintaining processes to ensure the fulfillment of obligations to regulators and government authorities, minimization of financial risks.Team management: adaptation of the organizational structure;direct work with department team leaders (development, motivation, direction);implementation of the management and development strategy for employees of financial departments of businessesWho you are:At least 5 years of experience in finance, 3+ years of experience as a CFO of a financial department with not less than 50+ employees in the field of fintech or financial services.Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar, additional certificates (ACCA, CFA, etc) will be a plus.Fluency in Russian and English is a mustStrong leadership qualities, the ability to organize a team, build processesStrong understanding and knowledge of budgeting, business modeling, accounting, tax, paymentsExcellent knowledge in Excel (mandatory).Ability to adapt to new assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Critical thinker and problem-solving skillsData-driven approachTeam playerGood communication skillsBenefits:From your first day:Competitive salary based on experience and skillsHealthy lunches from our catering partners (gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, and vegan options available).Daily fresh fruits, healthy snacks and a full stocked kitchen.A computer of your choice (Windows or Mac) - not applicable for some positions*No dress code policyFree Parking Space for your carFlexible Working Schedule (you don’t have to be worried about running 5 minutes late)100% Covered 30 days/year of sick daysTeam buildings and two corporate parties a year!23 Paid Vacation Business DaysAfter a probation period:Private health insuranceCoverage for up to 50% of your language classes, sports membership, and mental health support.
