Miravia is looking for a BD & Key Account Manager - Hogar,Jardin y Bricolaje - Europeen Sellers operations:About Miravia:Miravia is a cutting-edge e-commerce platform connecting buyers and sellers seamlessly. Located in Madrid, we work with teams from all over the world to build the e-commerce platforms of tomorrow.Your Role:We are searching for a driven individual to lead our product management efforts, ensuring our buyers and sellers have the best experience possible. Your job will be to identify enhancements, fill gaps, and spot new opportunities. You'll author business requirement documents that blend market insights with innovative specs and compelling seller narratives—all to fuel lean and agile development.Main Responsibilities:• Business expansion: prospect new business leads and onboard new strategic accounts (top marketplace players in Europe), in particularly from Germany, France etc• Selection strategy and cost-reduction operations: analyze market demand for home and DIY products, forecast sales volume before negotiating price/stock with key accounts, and continously improve the fulfillment cost efficiency in collaborating with logistic department.• Promotion operations: collaborate with internal/external campaign teams to drive visibility and push sales of managed accounts by participation in promotions, SEO, and external traffic obtention.Job Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or similar (MBA is a plus), fluent in German and English business communications (French is a plus)• 5+ years of relevant business development and key accounts management experience for German and French Ecommerce operations• Experience in both e-commerce and seller operations in marketplace platforms (product assortment strategy, Product Detail Pages optimization, seller store decoration, promotional activities, traffic and demand generation, pricing strategy, etc.).• Experience building commercial relationships and negotiating with leading brands/top marketplace players and senior management, as well as in purchasing, selling and supply chain management in the category.• Results driven with proven sales results, new accounts activations results etc in past carreers.• Superb communication skills (both written and verbal), teamwork spirit, resilient, start-up mindset, and capable to thrive in dynamic and changing environments.• Proven Experience to combine both definition of high-level strategic picture with capacity to role up your sleeves and get it implemented.• Well structured, meticulous, ambitious, and insisting on the highest standards.Why Miravia?At Miravia, you'll be part of a culture that celebrates diversity and encourages innovative thinking.
