You will learn new processes, develop your language and communication skills, as well as work in a digital environment, with some of the most innovative technologies on the market.What you will learn with us will make you a valuable member of our team or any other team. What you will do in this roleAs a Business Developer on our team, you will:Ensure all marketing leads are handled in a timely and effective process led way aligned to all driven campaigns objectives and in order to maintain the quality within the project while driving resultsQualify leads from Marketing Campaigns: Inbound, Social Media, eDM, eventsResearch Net New accounts & Lead GenerationCreate Net New account by expanding database of prospects within assigned territory with the correct segmentationRoute qualified Leads to MAM : Lead being assigned in Dynamics Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you:Are bilingual or proficient in German plus advanced level of EnglishHave advanced user knowledge Windows environment (good excel knowledge is a must)Have basic knowledge of CRM managementHave good organizational capacity and can work in a fast-pace environmentAre empathic, strong listener, extremely motivated, flexible, reliable and have an enthusiastic personalityMust value operating in a collaborative and cooperative environment If you feel you don't check every box, we encourage you to apply anyway.
