Siemens Mobility/Sqills wants to join a business application specialist to be  the first point of contact for our customers.
As a Business Application Specialist, you will be part of a Customer-Centric Team located in Madrid and will mainly focus on helping our Spanish customers to whom you will be the first point of contact.
Through various channels (Slack, JIRA, email), incidents and questions will be your responsibility and need to be resolved according to our SLA agreements.  As you will absorb all functionalities that our S3 Passenger application offers, you know how to analyse the customer’s questions and offer them a solution because you know all the ins and outs of our product and are also familiar with our customer’s business.
You will be the one our customers can truly depend on! You make sure you stay informed about the developments of S3 Passenger to be able to help our customers the best way possible.
By using the available tooling and through direct contact with the development teams, you will not stop until you have come to a complete solution for our customer.  When new developments are required for a question, you know how to collect the necessary information so that one of the development teams can develop a solution.
According to your experience, you can act as a service delivery manager for one or more customers and become their spokesperson on the operational side.
What are your responsibilities as a Business Application Specialist at Siemens Mobility/Sqills? ● Quickly and adequate answering of functional and technical questions from our customers and consultants; ● You stay up to date on the changes/improvements of our software, to be able to help the customer as adequately as possible; ● Sharing knowledge with fellow business application specialists through documentation and meetings.

You always have a clear overview of everything, even when others have already lost it.
● Bachelor degree; ● Strong analytical thinking skills; ● Excellent communicative and customer-oriented skills in both Spanish and English are a must.  ● Experience in a similar position, particularly in a SaaS company is a major benefit; ● You have experience in supporting customers in writing; ● Proactive attitude; ● You can perform under pressure; ● A strong dose of inquisitiveness and curiosity; ● Experience with Jira and Confluence is a benefit.
