Are you ready to join us?The Integration office is a multi-disciplinary team within the Platform & Integration tribe. We form the link between the development teams within our Tribe and the stakeholders of the Sparc Platform, supporting & guiding SD Worx owned payroll engines & other partners who are onboarded on the Platform or want to join.What do we have to offer?An attractive salary based on your experience and achievement. What do you have to offer?Onboarding of new partners on the Sparc PlatformLead functional workshops with partners and define data mappings together with themSupport of the partners in the functional domain throughout the different stages of the onboarding project. eg hand over of Data mapping to other involved parties, support on defining & executing integrated product test cycles, support operational readiness track, …Continuous support of Sparc Enabled partnersOrganize & lead monthly follow up with onboarded partners to ensure issues are identified & followed up.Manage change request related to data mappings on partner levelFacilitate & encourage partners to maintain documentation for their different stakeholdersReport on the quality of the integration through monthly and quarterly assesmentsContinuous improvement and process definitionIdentify areas of improvement in all areas related to the Sparc platform based onParticipate in and/or lead improvement projects related to the Sparc platformActively contribute to the Integration Office team meetings and projects to improve the functioning of the team & interaction with other teams inside and outside the tribeWhich task can you expect?A university degree (Master or bachelor) or equivalent through experience.Experience in system integration projects as a functional analyst or implementation consultants is a plus(Functional) knowledge of one the SD Worx payroll engines or connected HRIS (SD Worx People, SuccessFactors, Workday)Strong analytical & problem solving skills with a focus on long term solutions within and beyond existing solutionsAbility to work & communicate with operations, implementation & development teams in an international contextCapture business & functional requirements and asses the impact on the technical implementationGood knowledge of English, both spoken and writtenFrom many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.SD Worx lives diversity in the workplace.
