Your mission.
Your role will be to drive the company's Brand PR and communications strategy, ensuring strong media relations and securing impactful press coverage.
Additionally, it involves crafting compelling narratives, executing PR activations, managing brand activities, and collaborating across functions to integrate marketing strategies effectively.
In this role you will be a member of our Corporate Affairs team and you will be managing the company Brands' PR communication of our iconic, local brands such as Pepsi, Lay’s, KAS or Doritos.
Responsibilities Your day to day with us.
Develop and execute the company’s Brand Public Relations and communications strategy, partnering with the Marketing team and Agencies both externally and internally.
Cultivate and maintain media relations to secure excellent press coverage and PR opportunities.
Engage in story-mining to uncover captivating narratives that align with the brand’s goals.
Plan, coordinate and execute Brand PR activations.
campaign and product launches, activations, and media events with journalists and/or influencers.
Collaborate cross-functionally mainly with the marketing teams for content creation and integration of marketing strategies in the media.
Lead the approval process of brand press releases and activations including social media activities with Influencers.
Manage brand and PR activities, initiatives and campaigns, using your expertise in current media and affairs to win in new areas.
Work and represent our brands within Spain, Italy and Portugal, working with senior stakeholders such as Directors and Country Managers.
Qualifications What will you need to succeed? 5-7 years of proven experience in Brand PR in-house or in agency.
Be an enthusiastic and passionate about communications, with a curious attitude eager to make an impact through our brands.
Result-focus.
transform your objectives into an action plan and show initiative in running the activities for which you will be responsible.
Creative thinking and ability to work effectively managing multiple projects.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English is a must, Portuguese and Italian are a plus.
Proven experience in crisis management is a plus.
