BID GOVERNANCE SPECIALIST

Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we’re looking for a   Bid Governance Specialist     Your role in a nutshell.
This role is responsible for developing and managing global Bid governance processes and systems and ensuring that changes and improvements are implemented across functions and business units.
The Senior Bid Governance Specialist is also responsible for senior and C-level stakeholder management on a global level to ensure efficient decision making to maximize the chances of winning business whilst maintaining an audit compliant, fit for purpose governance model.
The role specialises in continuous process improvement and standardization and project management of global transformation/migration projects and plays a crucial role in supporting data driven decision making.
Develops business unit-specific process handbooks and trains the organisation about them     What You'll do.
Leads decision making meetings involving all functions.
Drives decision making based on inputs received.
Trains, coaches and mentors individuals and teams in continuous improvement methodologies and business process and systems.
Manages full execution and implementation of new processes and systems.
Documents business processes.
Regularly reviews business performance and audit compliancy and presents the results to stakeholders Is the subject matter expert for continuous improvement methodologies and their application for assigned business processes.
Creates a channel to gather feedback andidentify process improvement needs.
Identifies process gaps, manages root cause analysis.
Develops presentations to communicate issues and recommendations to senior management.
Communicates opportunities, results and issues to various audiences.

What you’ll bring to the team.
Facilitation and strategic project management skills Experience of data analytics, statistics, data insights reporting Project and change management experience Strong understanding of the business processes Experience in continuous improvement/ process improvement and design Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Familiar with SharePoint collaboration methods Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
