Madrid, Spain ROLE SUMMARY What are the key objectives and expectations from this role? Ensure all reports between field force and B2B department are elaborated and updated Analysis and control of the CRM platform Support development of other marketing B2B activities in Iberia market Create Dview field force monthly presentations Support and link between field force and B2B department Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS standards and procedures BAT group What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization? Provide information and analysis data Ensures CRM database is updated and running Reports to PRRP Trade Support Manager Number of Direct Reports 0 Core Relationships Internal – Field force, Marketing, finance, Legal, IT External – PR agencies Geographic Scope Iberia market Travel Required 10% (occasionally) ACCOUNTABILITIES Proactive Team working Analytical capacity Pressure management Independent with decision making Strategic vision Results-driven Best in class execution EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE ESSENTIAL Experience Required Preferible previous experience in Trade Marketing, Brand marketing team or data or PR agency Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required User knowledge of content editing skills.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
and preferably CRM databases management Good communication skills Commercial skills in Trade marketing projects Critical and analytical thinking Problem solving and making things happen Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required University degree marketing and/or Business Administration Master's degree in Marketing will be valued positively Level of English (both oral and written) = B2-C1 BENEFICIAL Similar experience in other companies Work experience during student live QUALIFYING QUESTIONS FOR APPLICANTS Are you familiar with CRM platforms and/or engagement programs?
