AUTOMATION SPECIALIST

If your answer is yes, it’s your lucky day so keep reading, it can be just what you're looking for! ✍WHAT WILL YOU DO?We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:Automation ManagementDesign, implement, and maintain automation scripts and workflows for infrastructure operations.Collaborate with Customer IT Infrastructure teams to identify automation opportunities across patching, monitoring, backup, and provisioning.Develop and maintain automation dashboards and reporting tools.Ensure automation aligns with ITIL v4 practices and Customer compliance standards.Monitoring & Event ManagementAdminister and enhance monitoring tools (Centreon, Azure Monitoring).Configure and maintain alert thresholds, escalation workflows, and event correlation mechanisms.Ensure consistency between monitoring tools and CMDB (ServiceNow).Generate health, performance, and compliance dashboards.ITSM Tool AdministrationMaintain and optimize ServiceNow workflows for incident, problem, change, and request management.Support CMDB updates and consistency checks.Integrate automation into ITSM processes to reduce manual effort and improve response times.Patch Management SupportAutomate patch deployment workflows for Windows/Linux servers and workstations (SCCM, Intune).Monitor patch compliance and generate monthly reports.Coordinate with application owners for packaging and deployment validation.Reporting & DocumentationDevelop automated reporting solutions for SLA/KPI tracking.Maintain technical documentation for automation processes and tools.Support periodic reviews and updates of documentation.
