Bsport solution c’est 3 produits en 1 an et demi et une croissance agressive.
Lancée en juin , nous avons déjà.
• Une communauté de + utilisateurs.
• + partenaires sportifs dans 33 pays (+60% hors de France) et dans différents sports (Yoga, Pilates, Boxe, Danse) à travers le monde.
• **Une levée de fonds de € en novembre , une équipe de 50 personnes et une Serie A de € au Q.
** En tant qu’Assistant du CEO, tu auras pour mission la mise en place et le suivi de processus et de dashboard afin de maitriser le déploiement de notre Serie A.
Ta performance aura un impact significatif sur la vitesse de développement de bsport, nous comptons sur toi.
Tes missions seront les suivantes.
• Suivi des performances des équipes par l’établissement de dashboard et de reportings • Définition, mise en place et suivi de nouveaux processus afin d’améliorer les performances de l’entreprise entre les équipes • Analyse de marché afin d’accompagner la prise de décision stratégique produit et commercial Idéalement tu souhaites monter ta propre start-up et es donc désireux d’apprendre en situation réelle auprès de notre CEO ancien Consultant et Sales Manager issu de l’ESCP.

• Issu du Top 5 des écoles de commerces ou Top 7 des écoles d’ingénieurs post prepa• Une première expérience de 6 mois dans un environnement exigeant (conseil, banque d’affaire, audit)• Tu es entreprenant, autonome et créatif, tu fais preuve de rigueur• Tu es coachable, tu as soif d’apprendre et proactif.• Maîtrise de l’anglais (oral et écrit) et de l’espagnol (niveau B1 min.)• Maitrise de la suite office (Excel, Powerpoint)
