If you're passionate about medical technology and ready to make an impact, apply now.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Close cooperation with the Territory Managers of the respective Business Unit of the sales territories for which you are responsible, the IBERIA Market Management and all other departments involved in the sales value creation process, also across BUsResponsibility for the overall result of the respective business unit for the assigned territory and monitoring of the sales pipeline in order to be able to provide information on target achievement at all times.Demonstration of products and solutions and performance of procedures on patientsMonitoring incoming orders and sales in the region and supporting the team with appropriately coordinated sales-promoting counter measures. This includes the permanent summarisation of data from the sales process in a monthly report.Supporting customers with the application in the areasAcquisition and training of (new) customers in the above-mentioned procedures as well as impartingsystem knowledge to gain confidence in actionInduction and trainingof sales staff in the defined areasPlanning and organising job shadowing together with the Territory Managers.Participation in trade fairs and congresses, in particular trade fairs in your own sales territoryand national tradefairs and congresses.Supporting Market & Product Management in carrying out market and competition analyses to evaluate new products and implement marketing strategiesRecording market trendsand developing region-specific benefit argumentsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education:Successfully completed studies in Medical Science, such as Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy, or other related fields in the medical profession and/or medical technology.Experience:At least 3 years of professional experience as an application specialist/product specialist in the surgical field/areaIn-depth knowledge of the clinical pictures in area X or similar complex specialist disciplinesIdeally, experience in training doctors and hospital staffSkills:Very good application and product knowledge in the fieldof microscopy, imageprocessing software, cameras and opticsEnthusiasm fortechnical and application-related issuesHigh levelof performance andself-motivationQuick graspof complex issues and analytical approach to problems and the development of solutionsStrong communication, presentation and persuasion skillsIndependent working style, verygood planning and organisational skillsReliability andability to work in a teamHigh customer, service and sales orientation as well as initiative and an entrepreneurial mindsetVery goodknowledge of English good written and spoken.Confident handling of common Office applications (especially Exceland PowerPoint) and CRMOther Considerations (travel/hours availability, etc.):70 % of working time is spent on customer appointments on site, trade fair appointments and the associated travelling. Therefore, a high willingness to travel within the sales area including overnight stays of several days is required.Residence in the sales area or willingness to relocate to the sales areaClass B driving licence
