•Apoyo en la gestión del Portfolio operacional como plan de acción de los objetivos.
•Apoyo en análisis y obtención de métricas de equipos (EasyBI-Jira) •Preparación de talleres ad hoc equipos Kanban y Scrum.
•Apoyo en diferentes necesidades de los equipos /Proyectos en Jira.
Skills necesarias.
•Kanban.
Conocer en profundidad la implantación de Kanban a nivel equipo y área con tableros agregados incluyendo el uso de indicadores.
Tiempo de entrega, Ratio de entrega y limitación de Trabajo en progreso.
Deseable haber asistido a las clases KSD y KSI de Kanban University.
Aplicación de los principios y prácticas de Kanban.
Diseño y modelado de sistemas de trabajo utilizando técnicas como STATIK (Systems Thinking Approach to Introducing Kanban).
hora Visualización del flujo de trabajo y limitación del WIP (Work In Progress).
Uso de métricas como lead time, throughput, cycle time, CFD (Cumulative Flow Diagram).
Identificación y gestión de cuellos de botella.
Aplicación de técnicas para la gestión del cambio evolutiva, evitando resistencias.
Facilitación de reuniones Kanban.
Replenishment, Kanban Meeting, Service Delivery Review, •Scrum.
•SAFe.
Es importante que el candidato/a también cuente con conocimientos y habilidades que le permitan integrar Kanban en un contexto SAFe sin fricción.
•Alto dominio de Jira.
Imprescindible conocer en profundidad.
Uso de tableros de Jira.
Scrum y Kanban.
Opciones de configuración de tableros en Jira, Informes ágiles que ofrece Jira “de caja”, Opciones de configuración y gestión de usuarios de los proyectos de Jira.
•EazyBi.
Imprescindible conocer.
Gestión de usuarios y permisos en EazyBi Diseño básico de informes en EazyBi utilizando el diseñador de informes de la herramienta.
Conocimiento de las medidas y dimensiones Core de EazyBi.
No es necesario conocimiento de lenguaje mdx.
Se requiere presencialidad 3 días en semana (lunes/miércoles/jueves), home working (martes/viernes).
