ENGLISH VERSION Administrative Support (Ref.
MGMT ) The Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQ) is looking for an Administrative Support to work in the financial area of the Administrative Support Unit.
ICIQ is one of the world’s internationally recognized leading institutions in the field of chemistry committed to solving major social and economic challenges by conducting top quality research in three main areas.
Sustainable Catalysis, Renewable Energy and Health.

Responsibilities.
Purchasing orders and reporting of research projects.
Processing purchasing orders and their follow-up.
Reporting of research projects – including intermediate and final reports and control of abstracts, presentations, posters to ensure publicity on funding.
Management of invoices, payments and control of the budget of the research groups.
Requirements Bachelor’s or VET Training in Business Administration.
Proof of experience in similar positions.
2 years working as an administrative support in a research centre or University will be appreciated.
Catalan, Spanish and English level.
fluent conversation (certificates not required).
Good knowledge about Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

Ordres de compra i reporting de projectes d'investigació.
Tramitació d'ordres de compra i el seu seguiment.
Informes de projectes de recerca – incloent informes intermedis i finals i control de resums, presentacions, pòsters per garantir la publicitat sobre el finançament.
Gestió de factures, pagaments i control del pressupost dels grups de recerca.
Requisits.
Formació de grau o CFGS en Administració i Finances o Similar.
Acreditació d'experiència, es valorara especialment en un centre de recerca o Universitat.
Nivell de català, castellà i anglès.
