Role Responsibilities Overheads Management.
Control Support.
LV and Indicator files support.
Energy control files (gas, electricity, water).
Accounting entries requests (no commercial invoicing).
SOX.
Execute local controls for revenue and inventory.
Support for FFAA, Visitor Center, and employee sales controls.
Bulk sales support.
Capex.
PR requests and PO reception.
Update control files (GRNI Basis).
Update Capital Tool.
New FFAA requests.
asset additions, deletions, transfers, and tags.
Support PR requests in other areas.
D2C charges requests (ES40).
GRNI process support.
General administration task support.
Use continuous improvement tools for process analysis and problem solving.
Lean, Administrative Excellence.
Participate in TRACC Implementation Actions.
Comply with H&S requirements from job cards.
Meet IMS requirements.
Report any H&S, Environment, Quality, or Food Safety incidents affecting operator integrity.
Ensure adherence to Quality, Food Safety, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety measures.
Follow defined hygienic practices.
Qualifications Skills and personal Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
Enterprising and innovative attitude.
PC skills (good Word, Excel, …).
Ability to develop cross-functional relationships.
Education/Experience Training in accounting, tax, finance.
Advanced computer skills.
1 years’ experience in similar duties and responsibilities.
Languages - Fluent in Spanish and comprehension in English.
