ACADEMY SPECIALIST - PHYSIOTHERAPY AND PREVENTION
Descripción de la oferta de empleo
- Diseñar el modelo formativo inmersivo en VR, adaptado a la etapa madurativa de cada deportista.
- Integrar contenidos técnicos, físicos y cognitivos en entornos virtuales de entrenamiento.
- Coordinar con especialistas (preparadores físicos, psicólogos, médicos, desarrolladores...) para construir una experiencia integral.
- Definir rutinas y escenarios interactivos que simulen situaciones reales de juego y aprendizaje.
- Implementar herramientas de seguimiento y feedback en VR para medir progreso, rendimiento y bienestar.
- Capacitar al staff técnico en el uso de las plataformas inmersivas y su aplicación pedagógica.
- Liderar sesiones piloto y pruebas de usuario, recogiendo datos para ajustar la experiencia.
- Documentar procesos y buenas prácticas para estandarizar el modelo inmersivo.
Requisitos.
Educación Grado en Fisioterapia, CAFYD o Doble Grado Fisioterapia + CAFYD Valorable.
Máster o curso especialista en entrenamiento deportivo, biomecánica deportiva, metodología del entrenamiento o similar Experiencia Experiencia en programas formativos de fútbol o academias juveniles.
Comprensión del proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje y adaptación a los diferentes niveles y exigencias.
