A400M MATERIAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Descripción de puesto.
A new job opportunity has arisen for an A400M Material Support Specialist inside Airbus Defence and Space Main activities.
1.
Be the coordinator between Material Support organization and other company directorates, such as Programs (Office & Services), Commercial, Legal, Finance, Production, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, MRO and the Local Teams and/or Subsidiaries.
2.
Be the Customer’s / Subsidiary main focal point for all matters related to Material Support Services (Spares, AGEs, Repairs and ISS deliverables), providing the highest possible Level of Service to all the Customer’s requirements and needs related to Material Support.
3.
Meet the contract financial objectives by forecasting requirements, contributing to the preparation of an annual OP budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions if budget deviation occurs (both, internal or external).
4.
Contribute to the increase in the A400M Fleet Availability in terms of material availability.
5.
Ensure and anticipate the delivery of any desirable outcome to any Customer’s query, in terms of Material Support, by coordinating cross-project activities inside Material Support organization, with the support –when needed- of the other Company Directorates.
6.
Coordinate all Material Support departments, and monitor the procedures to ensure the implementation and success of the Contracts, including management and mitigation of any risks and issues arising.
7.
Prepare and ensure within Material Support organization that contractual deliverables to Customer are provided On-Time, On-Cost, On-Quality, providing visibility of all steps in the Supply Chain which contribute to the final Delivery Date for both, spares and repairs.

Engineering degree or a related discipline.
At least two years’ experience within Material Support environment Business & Product Awareness Teambuilding Innovation & Problem solving Customer Focused Soft skills.
High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode.
Languages.
