Operations manager

Managing the Store Operations including stock, maintenance, security, HR and finance.
 Direct manager of 3 stock controllers, one administrative, security and cleaning teams,
as well as 20 Sales Assistants.
 RFID System implementation for stock management.
 Responsible for stock control and organization, as well as General Inventories and
Internal Audits.
 Training stock and sales teams on new procedures (RFID, exports, payment methods,
etc).
 HR management, organising the planning for a team of 30 people.
 Continuous analysis of sales data and stock availability to minimize missed sales
opportunities and design stock action plans.
 After Sales Service supervision.
 800 m2
 facilities supervision, requesting and controlling the action of external suppliers
when needed.
 Financial control: Sales reconciliation, store expenses and invoices from suppliers.

Maternity cover for 7 months at the UK Headquarters.
 Planning and opening of the new Loewe Flagship store at New Bond Street, defining
times and needs.
 Sales reports elaboration and discussion with the managers of the European stores.
 Reports and presentations elaboration for the LOEWE Europe Managing Director,
working with Merchandising, CRM, Marketing and the different markets.
 Definition of commercial targets for the stores in collaboration with country managers.

Managing a team of 6 Sales Assistants and one Stock Controller:
 Recruitment and training the sales team to achieve an excellent level of customer
service and sales.
 KPIs and Objectives individual analysis, designing actions plans when needed.
 Serving VIP clients when they visited the store.
 Sales increased 15% in 2018 and 30% in RTW category, exceeding company´s
objectives.
