Managing and leading a team of 5 employees. Communicating and implementing company goals, safety practices, and deadlines. Motivating team members and assessing performances. Supporting HR management, including hiring and training of staff. Being involved in operational activities as a travel consultant, selling trips to South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Mozambique, Zambia and Zimbabwe for Spanish speaking clients. Evaluating customers feedback and working with complaints. Marketing and visiting clients. Handling an emergency phone 24/7 for clients and suppliers.

Organizing and selling tours and flights to travel agents. Responsibility for ensuring that travel arrangements run as smoothly as possible from beginning to end, as well as providing practical support throughout the trip.

Bringing tourists into Sri Lanka in groups or via individual tour packages. Handling all arrangements in Sri Lanka specifically for non-residents touring. Visiting and assessing hotels and resorts to ascertain accommodation quality and suitability; evaluating customer feedback and dealing with complaints; handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of tickets; negotiating service levels, contracts and costs, and predicting profits and number of bookings for budgeting purposes
