Responsibilities: Managing effectively all incoming incidents in a customer service environment. Gathering information from customers, troubleshooting technical and account issues. Maintaining client relationships through product support over the phone/e-mail/chat. 

Responsibilities: Participation in the initial phase of the projects, discussing and exploring the requirements of the new enhancements to determine potential solutions and technical approaches. Owner of the User Acceptance Test phase of the projects, including design of testing plan (planning of batches, testing scenarios, resources, test end dates, production verifications, etc.) and coordination/execution of the testing in defined UAT windows. 
Risk identification and mitigation plan in all project phases. Providing advice to businesses at any time of the project cycle, helping them to make the best decisions.
Leading the communication between all parties involved in a project (Businesses all over Europe, IT department in Asia, Region/Franchise, external vendors, other departments in Citi, other teams within Business Support department).

Responsibilities: Participation on the process of new products launching and partaking in the analysis of the cards Managing Software for enhancements. Updating of credit programs, policies and procedures. Monitoring the portfolio behavior and risk assessment. Training the credit and operations departments on newly implemented systems and new working processes.

Responsibilities: Reviewing of credit cards/ mortgage applications and documentation (customer & property) as well as eligibility checking of applicants for approval. Evaluation of the Credit Card/ Mortgage Managing Software and reviewing of the related internal documentation. Member of the files review weekly meetings.
