• Managing direct reservations and reservations coming through Booking.com extranet.
• Corresponding with guests via phone/email
• Welcoming and greeting guests
• Registering and processing guests and their assigned rooms
• Handling payments
• Dealing with inquiries and complaints, looking to provide the highest levels of customer service and gain customer satisfaction

• Performing all check-in and check-out tasks;
• Registering and processing guests and their assigned rooms;
• Corresponding with guests via telephone/email;
• Managing reservations through the booking engine Vertical Booking, the PMS Protel and the extranets (Booking.com and Expedia).
• Accommodating guests’ needs and requests.
• Liaising with housekeeping staff to ensure standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in all bedrooms and throughout the building.
• Up Selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services.
• Handling cash payments
• Dealing with guests’ complaints

Functional and usability testing on websites;
design and restyling of web interfaces through the company CMS and WordPress; brand creation and re-branding operations; web and social media marketing.
