My recently accounting and audit experience within EY Spain (Madrid), has provided me with a deep background in account policies and a strong professional expertise in both, the telecomunications and software and technology companies (especially in those pertaining to Business Process Outsourcing or BPO services sub-sectors) and Health & Scientific Life companies as COFARES, Boston Scientific, Lilly, Stryker Iberia and PharmaMar. 

Just after joining EY in December 2010, I started working as Assistant and later on as audit Senior Manager in the teams serving relevant global accounts such as Telefónica, Atento, Amazon, Gestamp, Campofrio, Adecco, Cofares, Boston Scientific and Lilly. All these clients are multinational groups with a strong international presence. This aspect provided me from the very beginning with a clear professional mindset oriented towards multidisciplinary and diversity, an aspect that clearly mathches our firm values and professional attutude on a daily basis.

An experience within the Firm that I consider must be highlighted is my lead role during the years 2013 and 2014 working for a key client such as Atento. Atento is a multinational group pertaining to the BPO business that recently became an FPI after completing its IPO in the US SEC.

RECENTLY WORK EXPERIENCE (10 years in the Firm)

October 2018 – Up to day 	
Audit Senior Manager
•	Member of the IFRS Desk in Spain (since Manager)
•	I have worked in Accounting Excellence Department since Manager II applying IFRS 15 and IFRS 16, IFRS 1 reviewing significant class of transaction of different companies and reviewing different point of view in a business combination.
•	Working on Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), active engagement in Americans procedures. 
•	Review of the SOX´s implementation. 
•	Review test the impairment, bugdet, business plan and cash flow.
•	Identifying controls inefficiencies.
•	Auditing listed companies in Spain, including conversations to IFRS. In all these companies have been listed on the Stock Spanish/USA Exchange with international regulations.
•	Multilocation. Analyzing and verifying the main components, cataloging among full scope, specific scope and limit scope.
•	Leading audit teams and reviewing metrics/margin of the engagements for the last 5 years.
•	Commercial activities.
October 2015 - October 2018: Audit Manager

INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

•	Leading and coordinating the transfer of the engagement in Brazil for 4 months due to the increase of Client´s operations and its global expantion. I worked as well with the new team hired by the CFO Atento Group in order to ease their take over process related to its audit matters helping them to understanding the consolidation of the Group, implementing and accordante to the SOX regulation. 
 

OTHERS

•	Leading training programs to audit practitioners including technical accounting briefings (IFRS).
•	Counselling manager, couching and orientate employees in order to help them in their career path.
•	Providing courses and lectures, which have been given to different roles, including Master´s courses in ICADE (Spanish University), ICJC (Institute of Chartered Accountants) and IBEX´s clients.
