communication schemes with them;
• Organization and carrying out of the preparatory negotiations,
defining of clients’ needs and preparing offers;
• Handling customer claims;
• Signing agreements on behalf of the company;
• Maintaining contacts with all existing clients;
• Preparation of individual offers for prospective customers;
• Following up on customer feedback (taking into account complaints
and suggestions);
• Creation and maintenance of a client database
