I am a senior professional in the world of marketing, communication, sales, people & operations. Along much of my career I have been managing the communication, advertising and marketing of several international & national Clients. The evolution of my teams' careers, their training,  their mentoring and retention, are disciplines that I have also developed and worked with great success from whatever position I have been in. These experiences driven me to run a company and later on, create the Publicis Talent department from scratch at Publicis Communications. 

On top I have been proactively responsible of the digital and cultural transformation of the company introducing digital training in Agile, Microsoft tools package ( Teams, Planner, etc) and coordinating Publicis Groupe digital tools implementation with the central Digital team in Paris. Specifically, during lock down, I managed to educate population organizing several on-line trainings. On top, I have been working on auditing internal processes and teams and reorganising the human structure/teams as per new needs and skills, as well as reinventing departments as per cross selling strategies, making several practices across all agencies transversal within Publics Comms 
( Strategy, Creative Resources, Production…).

As a senior professional, I am comfortable understanding work processes and leading new ways of doing things, towards a more efficient and productive organizations.
