Responsible for defining the European market expansion strategy that will provide OneWeb with market access through a distribution network of partners covering specialty segments such as Consumer Broadband, Cellular Backhaul, specialty partnerships and in line with the planned Service Stage launch timelines. 

OneWeb is a LEO (Low Earth Orbit) satellite constellation operator and manufacturer of satellites intended to provide global broadband access. The satellites logically interlock with each other to create a coverage footprint over the planet, extending the networks of mobile operators and enabling internet service providers to serve new coverage areas, bringing voice and data access to businesses, schools, healthcare institutions, consumers and to the remote rural communities around the world. 

Achievements
•	Signed 45% of all distribution/sales partnership agreements and contracts for OneWeb during 2019 with contract values worth in excess of $175 Million
•	Achieved 88% of 2019 target contract revenue KPI’s (highest in the organization)
•	Built a pipeline of sales contract opportunities during 2019 worth $1.1 billion
•	Achieved 100% commercial KPI’s for 2017 and 2018 (including the first and largest commercial deals in the company)
•	Designed and implemented the European & CIS distribution strategy to obtain market access and negotiated the capacity sale proposals
•	Managed implementation of new service partnerships in Italy, Turkey, CIS region (Armenia, Turkmenistan, Kirgizstan) and Libya
•	Led the negotiations and proposed the operating structure for the majority of the commercial opportunities  (higher value, priority contracts) for OneWeb 
•	Negotiated several commercial proposals in different market segments including: enterprise, fixed services, government, consumer 
•	Managed the largest pipeline with a rolling average of 18 new business opportunities
•	Managed the commercial opportunities with the biggest Mobile Network Operators including: Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom, Orange and Telefonica 
•	Initiated and developed commercial opportunities with the largest satellite service providers in Europe such as: Marlink, Speedcast, AST, NSSL, and Expereo

•	Over achieved sales targets by 8-15% year on year 
•	Overall Revenue Growth for the managed region of 11% for 2015 and 12% for 2014
•	77% Growth in maritime revenues in FY 2016 
•	Sourced and On-boarded two new service providers/MNO’s in 2016 (out of a total of four for the Company)
•	Managed implementation of MNO business in Italy and Spain
•	Managed a growing pipeline with 22 service providers (out of a total of 150 for the Company) 
•	Constantly reached 100% of operational KPI’s year on year, including team development
•	Designed and implemented multi-pronged business strategies that acquired 80% market share in specific sector/regions since leading the regional team
•	Lead the account managers team in conjunction with Finance team to ensure timely billing and collections to reduce number of existing debt outstanding
