Chief financial officer

-	Responsible for leading Iberia business units’ financial accounting, Tax and Treasury, Reporting and control functions to ensure the financial transactions, policies, systems and procedures meet the unit’s short- and long-term business objectives and comply with Mars’ accounting policies, US GAAP, and local/regulatory requirements, production of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements, and managing/developing a team of accounting specialists, IFRS.

-	Forecast weekly business Position, Demand Managing review with Sales Team, giving the right perspective for the Business, Trade Terms, Discounts, DSO by area.

-	Analyse financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner. Clearly communicate periodic, quarterly, and annual financial information.  Identify, assess, and communicate risks and opportunities affecting the financial statements and forecasts. S&OP+ Process, IR Facilitator.

-	Plan and manage the year-end or other audit processes with the internal and external auditors, where applicable, including timely resolution of all findings and comments. Serve as a liaison with specialist teams (e.g., Treasury, Tax, and Currency Centers) and ensure appropriate unit compliance with all related requirements. Merging two Legal Entities and Changing Key User ERP. Auditor Leader with PWC.

-	Control and analysis of the different company expenses (Selling, Marketing, Advertising, Promotional and Indirect Expenses), Reporting Profit and Loss Statement, Cost of Goods Analysis (Budget and VFB), Capex, fixed assets, Amortization and Depreciation, Balance, Budget, close contact with Brands. Data consolidation of both Affiliates (Portugal & Spain).
-	Estimate Sales Analysis, Team Leader monthly reporting sales (Estee Lauder, Aramis, Clinique, La Mer, Tom Ford, Beauty Bank). Sell In-Sell Out Analysis. Discounts, Returns, Prices and different coefficients by Category.
-	Indirect Procurement Manager Iberia.

-	Business Warehouse, migration Business Warehouse (Data Warehouse Hierarchy), accounting, Set up, volume, price, BAP, estimative, forecast, budgets, P&L, discounts in and out of invoice, analyst, SAP R3, Spain, Portugal, Hungry.
-	Development, construction, analysis y maintenance of “Daily Sales Report”, Iberia level. Control volume, Net Sales Value, company level, region, customer.
-	Managing the transition to the new Data Warehouse, Local Designer in all Iberia Market (Peninsula, Portugal, Canary Islands) for the design of all company finance reports.
-	Control and analysis of the daily sales report, estimative sells by area, volume price, forecast for all company brands, risk and opportunities analysis (Innovation Brands) reporting to the Brand Managers.
-	Annual composition Sales Plan by month, price and Net Sales Value, R&Os reports, Nielsen Nitrox, Gearing, Market Share.

-	Daily Cash Pooling money movements.
-	Forecasting movements with the expected money flows.
-	Finance charges and Budget/LCE control.
-	Management of Bank Reconciliation analysis in SAP R3 including tax & audit reporting.
