Descripción de la oferta * Have good knowledge of Japanese market, culture and the deal. * Ensure the team is providing good fan experience in JP standard. * Make decision in JP mindset. * Draft message/ template / mass email in JP tone and manner. * Monitor the communication with customers, ensure quality of service. * Random check on the email conversation. * Identify when cancellation/refund shall be made according to conversation history. * Monitoring on line. * Feedback & coaching to the team. * Analytic skills: Create and understand reports, accustomed to deal with different KPIs. * At least 2-3 years leading teams (in contact center environment is desired) * English minimum B-2. * Accustomed to work under pressure and with high standards levels of quality. * Assist the Account Manager in several tasks (e.g. preparation of presentations, preparation of analyses, statistics) Perfil del candidato * Native Japanese speaker. * English speaker. * Experience in customer service.
