欧洲备件管理经理工作地点：西班牙 马德里岗位职责【计划管理】:统筹欧洲区域备件需求，协同代理做好滚动预测;深入业务并优化计划模型，持续提高计划准确度，提升终端需求满足率【订单交付】:拉通生产、仓储、物流和it等部门解决备件订单交付过程中的异常搭建订单交付监控机制，分析流程节点时效，持续优化流程，加快交付时效【仓储管理】：主导海外备件仓库重大事项的评估和决策，含人员编制、交付要求、考核框架和运作机制等，通过人员管理、作业流程和仓储软硬件的优化，持续提升仓库各项交付质量【逆向管理】:主导海外备件逆向运营机制的搭建，建立从网点-总仓-rtc/总部的可视化跟踪，负责账实一致的管理，并就账实差异问题制定和落地短期及中长期的解决看护方案...
