This role is remote and offers an estimated 37 hours per week, with a strong focus on Workforce Planning (WFP) configuration and deployment.
This is a great opportunity for a certified Adaptive expert to contribute to a high-visibility project while maintaining a strong utilisation rate across multiple workstreams.
What You’ll Be Doing.
Leading configuration, testing, and deployment activities for assigned Workday Adaptive Planning projects – specifically Workforce Planning (WFP).
Ensuring project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are met on time and within the agreed number of hours.
Providing AMS (Application Management Services) and post-deployment support as required.
Contributing to additional Adaptive Planning initiatives on an ad hoc basis.
Maintaining accurate and timely weekly timesheets and project tracking documentation.
Maintaining a utilisation rate of 85% or higher throughout the contract.
What We’re Looking For.
Valid Workday Adaptive Platform Certification (essential).
Strong experience delivering Adaptive Planning projects, ideally with Workforce Planning (WFP) involvement.
Ability to manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables independently and efficiently.
Proven consulting experience within the Workday ecosystem.
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
Comfortable working remotely and independently.
