Wellbeing, Health&Safety Specialist (Temporary contract) About the Job We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Health and Safety Manager to oversee and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations across all company operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring procedures to promote a safe and healthy working environment.
What you do Develop and implement Health and Safety Management System in compliance with Spanish legislation • Collaborate with the Global team, supporting them in Wellbeing, Health and Safety aspects.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective measures.
• Design and deliver training activities for employees on wellbeing, health and safety practices.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and propose preventive actions.
• Manage health surveillance.
• Participate in the safety and health committees.
• Coordinate external suppliers.
• Advise and guide various external on Wellbeing, Health and Safety issues.
