WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE PART OF THIS ADVENTURE? Join the retail design team as a VISUAL MERCHANDISING SPECIALIST! This position will have the following main responsibilities.
Design, production, and implementation of temporary or permanent POS material for selective brands.
Development, production and implementation of podiums, animations and premium showcases collaborating with those of the activation teams.
Understand the omnichannel strategy and adapt the retail concept according to the distribution channel or customer profile.
Pilot and monitor design effectiveness according to deadlines and budget.
Adapt the spatial concept of the brand to the constraints of local distribution.
Implement merchandising solutions for point-of-sale materials, responding to the needs of the local marketing plan.
Create and keep planograms up to date.
Collaborate efficiently with cross-functional departments (marketing, trade-marketing, sales, purchasing, logistics and international).
· Ensure on-time production follow-up and budget control with external suppliers.
The skills you'll need are.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Experience in the design and creation of furniture or point-of-sale materials.
Luxury Sensitivity Proficiency in Skechtup and/or Autocad Good communication, influence and negotiation skills.
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
Ability to learn continuously.
Sensitivity to business strategy and objectives Teamwork in a multidisciplinary and diverse team Excellent project management skills and sense of focus to prioritize and drive key initiatives to success.
Proficiency in English (C1) DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS At least 2 years of experience relevant to the position.
