TREASURER ANALYST

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Treasurer Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to oversee and execute cash management activities across multiple bank accounts and countries within BlueFloat. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in cash management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.BlueFloat is a leading renewable energy company committed to driving the global transition to sustainable energy solutions. You will join a dynamic and highly motivated team of energy professionals who have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in executing floating offshore wind projects..MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: Execute Payments: Responsible for executing payments across approximately 90 bank accounts in 15 banks and 10 different countries within BlueFloat, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Foreign Exchange (FX) Transactions: Conduct FX transactions as needed to optimize currency positions and minimize foreign exchange risk.Cash Reconciliations: Perform cash reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of cash balances across all accounts and platforms.Cash Flow Planning: Assist in cash flow forecasting and planning activities to ensure optimal liquidity management and support business operations.Cash Reporting: Prepare regular cash reports and analysis for management review, providing insights into cash position, trends, and variances.Digitalization of Cash Management: Contribute to the ongoing digitalization of the cash management function, leveraging technology and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Monitor Debt and Equity Financing: Monitor all intercompany and third-party debt and equity financing, ensuring proper recording of transactions, calculation and accrual of interest rates, and production and storage of loan/equity-related documentation.Auditor Liaison: Liaise with external auditors on Treasury and Cash Management related issues within the course of the annual audit.Bank Relationship Management: Become the primary contact point with local banks to stay fully up to date on treasury-related products available for BlueFloat.Training and Development: Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge in cash management practices and procedures.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.2 - 4 years of previous experience in cash management or treasury operations.Languages: Proficiency in English is required; fluency in other languages is a plus.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.Ability to work across cultures and with different geographies.SALARY & BENEFITS: Competitive package available, commensurate with experience,Full coverage of health insurance (family included),Hybrid working scheme and flexible hours,Gympass,Cobee (flexible retribution card).
