JD Logistics provides customized logistics solutions on the field of fulfillment, in a state of art environment and we are ready to welcome you to make an impact in the logistics world.Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales department in completing price calculations, product quotations, and customer Q&A during the sales process;Provide relevant training on product usage to customers, and follow up on any issues they encounter during use;Timely follow up and handle customer anomalies and complaints, collect and handle anomalies, and promptly report and resolve them;Responsible for accounting and analyzing product costs;Responsible for verifying supplier bills and conducting statistical analysis, promptly handling and providing feedback on any anomalies in data or bills to resolve them;Timely coordinate and follow up on the resolution of final logistics anomalies in various departments of the company, and promptly summarize and report them.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree or above.Priority will be given to those with management experience in transportation and distribution related fields.Familiar with transportation and distribution business processes.Familiar with various transportation and distribution management software.Good communication and negotiation skills, team management skills, independent work ability, able to withstand pressure.Has logical thinking ability, good at summarizing and organizing.Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Fluent in English and Spanish.
