Location: Partially based in the Aimsun office in Barcelona, combined with remote working and the option of flexible hours.Our Professional Services team in Barcelona seeks experienced transport modelling professionals for a full-time position. You’ll be supporting and delivering some of the industry’s most innovative and dynamic projects. Undertake transport model development with tasks including but not limited to model building, calibration/validation, model testing and auditing, checking and analysis of model outputs.Assist in the delivery of Aimsun Live/Solutions projects working as part of a multidisciplinary delivery team. As part of your role, you may be asked to provide first-line support on Live/Solutions Projects. Interpretation of data and information, including preparation of technical reports and proposals for clientsWork with your line manager to ensure that you are receiving the appropriate training and skills development. Responsibilities for Transport Modeller:Work in a team environment to deliver Aimsun models and services to public and private clients in a timely and resource-efficient mannerWork in a cross-functional collaborative environment to scope and deploy Aimsun Live decision support systems for major cities and/or highway corridorsUsing analytical approach, assess and provide input into and administer quality management processesDevelop and review project-based reports and technical specification documentationProvide support to Aimsun users both locally and globallyMust-Haves: Relevant Degree (or equivalent), in an associated discipline.
