TEST AUTOMATION SPECIALIST

We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. This role will primarily focus on performance testing**Key Responsibilities:**- Develop and implement automated test scripts for performance testing.- Utilize tools such as SoapUI, Postman, JMeter, Selenium (for Java background), or Cypress (for JavaScript background) to conduct automated testing.- Collaborate closely with development teams to support the creation of Acceptance Criteria and ensure alignment with testing objectives.- Demonstrate proficiency in database concepts and possess SQL skills to validate data integrity during testing processes.- Leverage Java background to enhance test automation frameworks and contribute to codebase improvements.- Optionally, utilize experience with development in Java, knowledge of OpenShift, and familiarity with microservices architecture to provide additional support and insights.**Qualifications:**- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience in test automation with a focus on performance testing.- Proficiency in using tools such as SoapUI, Postman, JMeter, Selenium and Cypress.- Strong understanding of Acceptance Criteria and ability to translate them into automated test scenarios.- Solid knowledge of databases and ability to write and execute SQL queries for testing purposes.- Experience with Java programming is required; familiarity with additional languages is a plus.- Optional experience in development with Java, working with OpenShift, and understanding of microservices architecture is desirable.**Skills and Abilities:**- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.- Self-motivated with a passion for quality assurance and continuous improvement.If you are a dedicated Test Automation Engineer with a strong background in performance testing, along with proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, we encourage you to apply and be part of our innovative team.
