Visit avoltaworld.comAbout the role:Manage the preparation of the content for the commercial tenders and other business opportunities in a timely and effective manner in line with the Avolta standards.Tender Content Producer:Collaborate with tender project coordinators and relevant stakeholders to define content scope, objectives, deliverables and approach and ensure alignment.Manage the project content; involving all key stakeholders from Operations and Resources to maximize the best results. Initial interviews to be held to explain the key ideas.Follow-up progress: setting up interviews to review and approve the final contents with relevant stakeholders.Produce content material (from scratch or existing).Produce and update base texts (ie: following up on Avolta initiatives – Beekeper).Identify iconic photos that are best placed to illustrate the contents.Communication/People:Manage internal stakeholders.Provide effective communication with all the relevant parties.Liaise with other departments to solve issues which prevent advancement of the project.Build and maintain effective working relationships with appropriate departments.Quality:Ensure project contents meet the objectives and are completed to the required quality standards in regard to timing.Ensure clear, simple and reduced project content, with a focus on graphics vs. pure text.Other:Ad-hoc support to the EMEA Business Development Department.Specific responsibilities as required by direct manager.Key Relationships:EMEA Business Development Director.EMEA Business Development Manager/ Tender Coordinator.Other Departments (Category Management, Marketing, Global Shop Design).What we are looking for:Master’s Degree or equivalent, 5 years of proven experience in drafting and writing texts.Detailed understanding of Retail Operations, exposure to managing complex relationships within a tough business sector.
