Your place in the team  Ensuring smooth operation, maintenance and implementation of the high-level mobile network Telecom services on the field.
Perform on-call duty.
Take part of the reconfiguration of the Vodafone mobile network.
Ensure 2nd line support for subcontractors.
Bringing special projects to success.
Perform industrial alpine jobs in all weather conditions.
You will be involved in the following tasks   Topic 1.
oEnsuring high Mobile Network availability during High Priority events (Formula1, Sziget festival, etc..).
Making/managing temporary site design, deployment and disassembly.
Providing on site on call services to react Incidents instantly.
Full responsibility for service assurance for this event.
oParticipate identifying external interference sources working with third party Operators if needed oProvide on-call on site filed services on the High Importance Network Elements (TRM and RAN Core Network) oParticipate the testing and acceptance of new Mobile Network Elements, as part of which it is responsible for inspecting and taking over the work of the contractors, on the basis of which the financial performance is confirmed oParticipate in “Coverage On Wheels” implementation countrywide Topic 2.
oEnsuring successful Business through maintaining high availability of services     •He has a wide range of mobile technology skills to perform his duties,     •Maintaining high availability of the Telecom mobile network and its network elements and services     •Involves other partner organizations for on-site individual solutions and troubleshooting, brings their work together as needed     •In order to restore the location of the service, it makes independent quick decisions, initiates actions and measures     •Provided for both internal and external Customers on a cost-effective way     •Ensure and be familiar with Hungarian Health & Safety regulations and Vodafone Group Standards.
Behave safely at all high-risk objectives delivered by Vodafone and its contractors Topic 3.
oMaintaining the high quality of Mobile Network through setting up implementation and maintenance routines      •Create and continually update implementation and maintenance routines known as TI documents     •It prepares a maintenance plan for the technologies under its responsibility and implements / controls them.
•Support the integration of new sites     •Create an acceptance procedure on all major Mobile Network changes and support the handover to FLM operation partners     •Minimizing unplanned outages     •Maintain Network Operation procedures     •Reacting High Priority network events inside OLAs Topic 4.
oMeasuring quality and performance     •Measuring continuously the quality and performance of the managed mobile network elements and services and also of the work of the department     •Identifying areas for improvement     •Applying the right corrective measures Topic 5.
oRelationships with partners     •Building up and maintaining mutually fruitful relationships with Internal partners, Suppliers and other third parties through short- and long-term supply and support contracts or via agreements Topic 6.
oSuccessful projects     •Bringing special projects to success     •Enabling the local company achieving business goals in all aspects     •Participating in projects reaching a superior position in the mobile and market Topic 7.
oActively and effectively cooperates with his/her internal (local, regional, global) and external contacts and stakeholders oMaintain good working relationship with all parties throughout various level of the organization oParticipate and Manage Vodafone Foundation projects abroad.
Providing Mobile Phone Services in disaster hit areas.
For example, build and operate a Mobile Tower in Philippines after a typhoon hit the area.
