TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

About the roleTechnical Account Manager will be the entry point (point of contact) together with Viaccess Project Manager to all requirements and topics raised by Orange Spain and will provide the following services and activities: ✓ Technical expertise of Viaccess Orca products including:Rightv suite includingSession managerTV ConsoleAnalytics Related plugins delivered by Viaccess OrcaCompass & Compass search ✓ Support Orange Spain with integration related aspects from Ecosystem ✓ Technical management on Viaccess Orca products including:troubleshootingroot cause analysisEscalation to Viaccess Orca experts such as DBA, R&D, Products etc.regular issues / ticket follow-up ✓ Customer Follow-upPrepare and provide training or technical presentation to customer on Viaccess Orca products and servicesShare and propose recommendations to improve the service related to Viaccess Orca components and its integrations.Participation on regular meeting with customer (weekly, Daily etc.) and also together with other vendors led by Orange Spain to support Orange Spain managing the activity smoothly Provide Monitoring reports “health check” reports on regular basis.About youAbility to learn and work with new technologiesKnowledgable in cloud-native technologies (kubernetes) and microservices deploymentKnowledgable in Linux, Web technologies, application servers, databases and networksCapacity to manage complex analysis on an E2E serviceKeen analytical mind and you are a force for proposalIncident management skillsGood communication and customer orientation skillsFluent in English and SpanishThe following position is offered via our affiliate Viacess-Orca.VO (close friends only) is an Orange Group subsidiary based in France, La Défense and Rennes, but also in Israel, Finland, Asia and Latin America with solutions deployed in over 35 countries, reaching more than 27 million subscribers.
