We are looking for a Team Manager with native German and advanced English for an important multinational automotive company.
Requirements
What do we need?
GERMAN - Native or bilingual.
ENGLISH - Advanced (B2-C1).
We value that you have experience as a Team Manager, but we also value positively the willingness to learn and the potential for development.
Benefits

Salary of 22.000€/year.
Permanent full-time contract with career opportunities!
Rotative working hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 20:00h (9-18h, 10-19h or 11-20h).
Training within contract to get to know the client, computer applications and team management from 9:00 to 18:00h.
Modality of work: On site work in our Madrid hub, with the possibility of hybrid modality once the learning curve is overcome.
An excellent work environment within an international team, as calls from all over Europe are handled (the team is made up of Germans, Italians, Portuguese, Swedes, etc.)
INCORPORATION DATE: May 2024.
