Who you are Team lead with a technical background who will be leading a team of 4 data quality professionals and is also capable to take ownership of development work in the delivery of data quality in multiple programmes.
Ensure the right quality data is used for decision making, and this role is vital to ensure data quality is embedded in all information streams within Vodafone.
Responsible for creating trust and robustness in the data quality of major data initiatives within Group D&A and across Markets to drive Vodafone’s strategy to become a data driven organisation.
Own and define long-term data quality strategy.
Responsible to drive governance and quality assurance across the existing D&A portfolio within Group and local markets.
Key leadership role, working with Group Technology to own the Data quality management roadmap to ensure Vodafone will have best in class data quality solutions available.
Proven track record of successful delivery on complex, multi-national programmes, enabled by the following.
Good track record in managing multidisciplinary team across multiple locations.
Experience of supporting business-led, technology-enabled programmes, with an emphasis on the systems development lifecycle.
Collaborative working style backed up by good interpersonal skills Good communication/presentational skills in english.
What you bring   SQL coding standards  Experience with setting up a data quality capability in an organisation.
Experience with visualisation tools.
Transformational change experience in large multi-cultural / multi location organisation  Decision-making skills with the ability to balance conflicting needs.
Knowledge of Data quality solutions.
Proficient in Microsoft Ofiice tools  Experience in the interpretation and integration of data governance frameworks and guidelines.
Good communication skills in English.
What you’ll do Key accountabilities and decision ownership.
Create vision and provide leadership for Madrid based D&A DQM team; responsible for delivery of requirements from DQM framework and liaison with both local market and Group stakeholders.
Drives and negotiates an appropriately cohesive set of solution structures for data quality management.
Responsible for roadmap Data Quality Management framework & tooling.
Drives & ensures synergies and reusability across local markets delivery of data quality management solutions.
Provides Data Quality Management & Analytical development services for the Nucleus programme and other initiatives on request basis.
