Esta oferta laboral se llevará a cabo en MADRID.
Si te encanta el deporte y en especial el futbol, estamos buscando un Team Leader dedicado y responsable para unirse a Kaptiva Sports y trabajar con adolescentes en diferentes torneos y clinics. Este rol es esencial para garantizar el bienestar, la comodidad y la seguridad de nuestros jugadores, además de coordinar actividades enriquecedoras y supervisar el cumplimiento del código de conducta.
Imprescindible tener nivel de inglés fluido.
Funciones
Gestión de grupos:
- Control del grupo de niños en cada break, durante el lunch, en las llegadas o en las salidas.
- Control del grupo de padres en las salidas.
- Atención a los padres durante los momentos libres tanto en actividades como en el hotel.
- Promover el desarrollo personal y social de los jugadores.
- Ofrecer apoyo emocional a los/las jóvenes futbolistas. Fomentar la inclusión y la diversidad.
- Comunicar de manera efectiva durante la operativa, tanto a jugadores como a familiares.
Colaborar con la logística:
- Ayudar a montar el set up del welcome day.
- Ayudar a realizar labores de inventario.
- Hacer equipo y crear un ambiente de trabajo sano.
Reportar incidentes:
- Informar a los coordinadores de situaciones que sucedan durante el clinic, que es importante que sepan.
- Identificar conflictos entre jugadores o padres e informar de inmediato a tu superior.
- Detectar necesidades en los clientes para intentar satisfacer su experiencia durante el campamento.
Resolución de conflictos:
- Resolver dudas de los clientes, sobre todo la de los familiares.
- Guiar al cliente durante toda la experiencia.
