TEAM LEADER, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

What you’ll do You will lead a team of 4 members and manage the activity of supplier accounts.
Who you are Operational excellence; Evaluation and analysis of process performance to inform relevant departments; Involvement in local and global business cases; Leads and integrates system changes that enable new functionality and add value to existing processes Ensuring proper accounting for records of leasing S16 and their appropriate monitoring; Ensuring appropriate accounting treatments for all records and for all calculations (especially.
manual estimates, advances, advance payments, guarantees, provisions etc.); Manage and own operation performance – SLA, quality, compliance and utilization; Maintaining a strong and close relationship with the Vois team; Identifies and implements continuous improvement project to reduce cycle time and increase efficiency; Management and responsibility of the team ensuring the appropriate succession and team development  Providing support for the local market; Providing support to internal and external auditors; Interaction with the management team from both the financial and commercial departments; Compliance with all local and group regulations, including documentation and submission deadlines; Ensuring compliance with local regulations, including tax, laws and accounting and with Group policies.
What You Should Bring Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; Your open and communicative nature as well as fluent English skills complete your profile; Good understanding of business processes in ERP SAP landscape (Oracle will be a plus); Accounting expertise, RAS and IFRS mandatory; Ability to plan, organize and prioritize the activity; Change management, good time-management, working with tight deadlines; Good communication skills at different levels; 5 years’ experience in an accounting department; Team player, high motivation, positive, can-do attitude, flexibility.
