You can work from everywhere in Spain or from our office in Barcelona! We are currently looking for a Team Lead (f/m/d) for our UK sales team.
As the Team Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in determining and driving the sales strategy, collaborating directly with the UK Country Manager, and working alongside the UK Sales Coach in developing your team.
You’ll have an opportunity to make a direct, significant impact on reaching our new business goals in one of our emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities.
Lead and support the sales team consisting of approx.
8-10 sales consultants Perform as a player-coach by owning your own sales pipeline as well and leading by example Manage the entire sales funnel and maintain ownership of the team’s revenue target achievement Monitor KPIs and identify potential for optimisation Coach, train, and motivate the team, in collaboration with the UK Sales Coach, and actively shape their professional development Analyse and Report on target pacing, working closely with each Sales Executive and the UK Country Manager5 years of relevant sales experience – including within the field of B2B sales _(eCommerc_e/SaaS or another relevant tech vertical preferred)Over 2 years of team management experienceAbility to close deals and convey exactly that to the team - leading by exampleProven experience in cold-calling and sales techniques that drive outreach successAbility to conduct routine and structured analyses with regard to the goals and challenges of the UK marketNative-level of English and direct experience with the UK market are must-havesPlease note that we can only consider English language applications in this recruiting processNot sure if you are what we are looking for?
