As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at bsport, you play a crucial role in the continuous success and growth of our business.
Your primary responsibility is to contribute to the successful recruitment of highly skilled professionals by activating all acquisition channels and promoting bsport’s company culture.
Your day-to-day tasks will include.
Managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, conducting phone and video interviews, following up and closing by extending job offers Building a pool of active top talents and maintaining connections for future opportunities in Sales, Customer Success and any and other departments required Creating a long-term School Relationship program and coordinating with school administration to collaborate on career development, fairs and other relevant events Partnering the HR & Talent Acquisition Manager on HR-related projects and juniors’ training Identifying opportunities for optimising the hiring process and improving candidate experience Participating in the development of new acquisition channels based on benchmarking Building and maintaining dashboards that provide recruitment data and trends Generating reports on key recruiting metrics and KPIsYou will be a good fit to join us if you.
re fluent in English (French is a plus)Have proven work experience in a similar position (1 year minimum)Have technical expertise with the ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT rolesHave a solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (social media recruiting and Boolean search have no secret for you!)Hold a degree in HR, Communication or BusinessAre able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentEnjoy taking initiative and achieving results Can work individually but have a strong team spiritShow creativity.
