We are currently looking for a professional and talented  Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist  to join our HR team.
You will be responsible for attracting and retaining the best talent, as well as promoting the company and supporting other HR initiatives.
This role is crucial for developing and executing strategies that project the company's values, culture, and work environment.
Duties & responsibilities.
Manage the selection process, including job postings, application screening, interviews, job offer, onboarding, offboarding and one to one with new hires.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top candidates using various platforms and sourcing techniques.
Design and execute onboarding programs to ensure effective integration of new employees into the company's culture and values.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
Establish and maintain relationships with universities and other educational institutions to attract young and emerging talent.
Lead employer branding projects, collaborating with different departments to promote the company.
Be involved in Human resources initiatives related to culture and employee Engagement such us training, development, climate survey, performance review, etc.
Requisitos At least 1-2 years of Experience in Talent Acquisition, managing the full recruitment lifecycle (job postings, application screening, interviews, job offer, onboarding and offboarding).
Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates using various platforms and sourcing techniques.
Advanced level of English.
Additional languages such as French or Italian will be a plus.
Experience leading employer branding projects and collaborating with different departments to promote the company.
Availability to organize and participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives to increase the company's visibility.
Experience in fashion industry will be a plus.
