The candidate will have the opportunity to integrate and develop in an international and multidisciplinary environment, working with some of the most modern technologies to service both QUANT's own products and some of our main customers worldwide.As an IT recruiter within the Talent Acquisition team, you will respond to the needs regularly expressed by our clients, such as the search for Data profiles.As a recruiter, you will be involved in the following tasks:Work with managers to define the recruitment needs for Data profiles.Identify and pre-qualify the most suitable candidates according to the client's requirements.Conduct interviews, write quality reports and manage feedback.Ensure proactive follow-up throughout the recruitment process.Analysis and monitoring of the recruitment activity, at the heart of our business.The candidate´s competencies are:Recent graduate of a STEM and B.A.M. university degree.Native english (UK, USA).Take initiatives and bring them to fruition.Demonstrate curiosity and interest for jobs in different client sectors (industry, banking, insurance, etc.).Excellent organizational skills and ability to structure work.Be dynamic and enjoy working in a team.QUANT AI LAB, what we offer:Contribute to the development of an international company in continuous growth and developing cutting-edge projects and products.Integrate a multidisciplinary team with high-level professional and academic training, composed of some of the leading experts in the area of artificial intelligence, advanced analytics and data processing.The opportunity to work directly with clients of international stature, and some of the largest companies in the country and the world.A collaborative, entrepreneurial and supportive work environment, and a young and dynamic team where everyone supports each other to grow together.A fun and friendly atmosphere and festive events (afterworks, seminars...).Permanent contract and a very competitive salary, to be determined according to profile and experience
